TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR HELLCITY PRODUCTIONS LLC

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By purchasing tickets or registering for events hosted by HellCity Productions LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not purchase tickets or attend our events.

2. TICKET PURCHASES

  • Where we sell: Tickets are sold online through our website powered by WooCommerce and Tickera, and in person at door on day of event.
  • What you’re buying: You are purchasing admission to a specific event, date, time, and venue. Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise stated. Some events will be hosted at multiple venues, it will be noted in your purchase whether you are granted access to one or multiple venues.
  • Price includes: Ticket price includes all applicable taxes and fees except where noted. Additional processing fees may apply through our payment processor.
  • Availability: All sales are final. We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer.

3. PAYMENT PROCESSING

  • Payment method: We use Stripe as our payment gateway. Your payment information is processed securely through Stripe’s PCI-compliant systems.
  • Fraud prevention: We reserve the right to decline any transaction suspected of fraud without notice.
  • Billing disputes: Any billing disputes must be initiated through Stripe within their dispute window timeframe.

4. EVENT CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS, AND REFUNDS

5. AGE REQUIREMENTS

  • Some events are age-restricted (18+, 21+, or all ages as specified).
  • Valid government-issued photo ID required for entry when age-restricted.
  • We reserve the right to deny entry to minors without adult supervision where applicable.

6. LIQUOR & CONDUCT

  • Attendees who appear intoxicated may be denied entry or asked to leave without refund.
  • Illegal substances are prohibited. Law enforcement will be contacted if necessary.
  • We reserve the right to eject anyone displaying dangerous, harassing, or disruptive behavior.

7. PHOTOGRAPHY & RECORDING

  • Professional photography/recording equipment may be restricted unless press credentials are provided.
  • By attending, you grant us permission to use photographs/videos taken at the event for promotional purposes.

8. PERSONAL PROPERTY & SAFETY

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property during events.
  • Attendees participate at their own risk. We are not liable for injuries sustained during voluntary participation in event activities.
  • Bag policies may vary by venue—check event details prior to arrival.

9. COMMUNICATIONS CONSENT

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive:

  • Transactional emails (order confirmations, event updates, changes)
  • Text/SMS alerts for event day information (if you opt in)
  • Marketing emails about future events (you may unsubscribe anytime)

Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply for text messages. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law:

  • HellCity Productions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from ticket purchase or event attendance.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the ticket in question.
  • We are not affiliated with performers, venues, or sponsors—we are the event producer only.

11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Your data is shared with the following service providers for operational purposes:

  • WooCommerce: Website e-commerce platform
  • Tickera: Ticketing and check-in system
  • Stripe: Payment processing

These companies have their own privacy policies governing their data practices.

12. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
  • Disputes will be resolved in courts located in Bexar County, Texas, or the appropriate court serving San Marcos, TX (Hays County).
  • Class action lawsuits are waived; disputes will be resolved individually.

13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms periodically. Continued ticket purchases after updates constitute acceptance of the new terms.
