Born in San Marcos, Texas the heart of The 78666. HellCity Productions is your partner for live music and entertainment experiences. We host, produce, manage, sell tickets, and promote events that bring Central Texas together one night at a time.
Our Mission
At HellCity, we believe great music deserves great stages. Our mission is simple: help bands succeed and grow while building a thriving community around local and touring music scenes in Central Texas and beyond. Whether you’re headlining a festival or playing your first show in town, we’re here to make sure the lights stay bright and the sound stays loud.

Event Production: From concept to curtain call, we handle the heavy lifting so artists and fans can focus on what matters most—the music.
Promotion & Marketing: We get the word out across Central Texas to ensure shows are packed with passionate audiences.
Ticket Sales Management: Streamlined, reliable ticketing so everyone gets in without the headache.
Talent Booking: We work with metal, rock, country, rap, and everything in between.
Who We Are
Founded by Charles Messina and Ricky Fullen, HellCity Productions was built by us to create something real for their community. We have a combined 20+ years experience with our own bands, and throwing shows in Texas.
